Do you have a minimum order? Yes, we do require a minimum order of 6 cupcakes of any one flavour. We also have a minimum order of 9 cupcakes for free delivery in the RH2. Minimum order of 50 'adult' cakes is required if you would like to order mini-cupcakes.

How much notice do you need? Your cupcakes are made to order, so we do require 3 days notice and 7 days notice for all orders over 100 cupcakes.

Do you freeze your cakes? Definitely not! All our cakes are baked, iced and decorated no more than 12 hours before delivery.

What payment methods can you accept? We accept card payments via bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Do you require a deposit? For larger orders we do require a 50% deposit and final payment 14 days before your event. For smaller orders, full payment in advance is required.

Where do you deliver to? Local delivery (in the Reigate RH2 area) is free for all orders over 9 cupcakes, but we can also deliver across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Kent and London in our own transport for a £1 per mile delivery charge. We will also charge for the Congestion Charge if applicable.

How long do they last? They are of course best eaten on the day of delivery, but will stay fresh for up to 3 days if kept in an airtight container. Please do not keep your cupcakes in the fridge as this will make them go stale much quicker.

Can you make cupcakes for those with dietary needs? All our cakes are gluten free and wheat free as standard but we can also create dairy free for most of our flavours as well.

Do you use nuts? Yes, we do use walnuts in our Moist Carrot cupcake recipe, so cannot guarantee that any of our cupcakes are suitable for those with a nut allergy.

Can I come and see you to talk about my wedding and try some samples? Of course! We can offer you a free no-obligation tasting session, to discuss your ideas for flavours, decorations etc, and are available daytime, evenings and weekends.

Can I chose different flavours and decorations? Yes - in addition, as we make all our decorations, we can colour match them to your chosen theme.

Will you set up at my wedding venue? Absolutely, and at no extra charge. You just pay for delivery.

Do you hire out cupcake stands? No, but we do sell 7 tier round, square and spiral clear perspex stands for the same price of £35 and 5 tier round stands for £25. If undamaged, we will also 'buy back' any wanted stands for £10. Please ask for details.
